LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- We have come a long way since movies and television first started. In 1939, Gone with the Wind was the first to challenge the norm when patrons heard a curse word at the movie theater.

In 2007 the American Film Institute ranked this as the 6th greatest movie of all time. But people say it was accepted because of the context in which the word was used.

Now, the Supreme Court wants to look at its policy on nudity and cursing on TV. Do you think there's too much cursing and nudity on TV? Or with the internet and kids' access to social media; does it really matter?
