UNDATED (CNN) -- Oprah is taking her love for literature overseas and is loving every minute of her trip. Plus, Kate Beckinsale cleans up at the weekend box office.

Oprah Winfrey is promoting her love of literature around the world. The queen of talk is in India for a literary festival. She dressed in traditional Indian garb to greet the crowd.

During her stay Winfrey plans to also interview one of her favorite authors, Deepak Chopra. Of course, she's also taking some time to see the sights. Oprah says, "India is so complex. I'd have to say it's the greatest show on earth. It's the greatest show on earth."

Winfrey says she'll definitely be making a return trip.

It was a big box office weekend for Kate Beckinsale. Her two latest movies are at the top of the charts. "Underworld Awakening" grabbed the top spot in its debut weekend, taking in over $25 million.

In the series' fourth installment, Beckinsale plays a vampire warrior out to save her clan from eradication.

Another new release, "Red Tails," came in a number two featuring Cuba Gooding Jr. and Terrance Howard as Tuskegee airmen.

Last week's number one flick "Contraband," starring Beckinsale and Mark Wahlbert, came in at number three.
