LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- A ritual for many teenage girls is wearing makeup. Some begin in high school while others are starting lots earlier according to one market research group.
In 2009, the NPD group found girls between the ages of 8 and 12 raised their average beauty product spending by 70-cents a month. That's compared to two years earlier.
