LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - KFSM reports Arkansas State Police have released the preliminary cause of death for 4-year-old Caleb Linn.
Linn was found on a river bank in Fulton County. According to ASP spokesperson Bill Sadler, the cause of death was "accidental drowning." He says it may be up to 30 days before the full autopsy is released.
Sadler says the child's body has been released from the state crime lab, and the preliminary autopsy report has been passed to Fulton County prosecuting attorney Don McSpadden.
McSpadden will determine if any charges will be filed in Linn's death.
