LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- It's been almost 14 years and still no arrest in a Little Rock woman's murder.
Officer Bruce Jones with the Little Rock Police Department sits down with THV's Liz Massey on "Today's THV at 6" to talk about this Capital City Cold Case.
It happened May 21, 1997 at 2503 S. Gaines at what was GQ Liquor Store. Officer Jones says a witness tried to go into the business and something was wrong with the door. When the witness looked inside they could see a person lying on the floor.
Officer Jones says JoAnn Whitmore had been shot and was found behind the counter. She was alive when she was found but later died.
