Texarkana police, K-9 find marijuana worth $220K

TEXARKANA, Ark. (KTHV) - Police in Texarkana, Arkansas, along with their K-9 unit, find thousands of dollars worth of marijuana at a bus terminal.

Feb. 18, police find three suitcases containing large amounts of marijuana at the Greyhound Bus Terminal on East 51st Street.

Officer Jeff Savage and his K-9 Zorg first alerted of the suitcases in the luggage bay of the bus.

Police confiscated approximately 116 pounds of marijuana worth an estimated $220,400.

The owner of the packages was not there and the investigation is still ongoing.
