Pork chops with gravy
6-8 pork chops
Soy sauce
Cavenders
Cracked black pepper
Garlic powder
Several cups of flour
(all seasonings to taste)
2 quarts brown gravy
Rub the pork chops down with soy sauce. Then sprinkle with cavendars, cracked black pepper, garlic powder and dredge the chops thoroughly with flour.
Put into a heavily buttered pan in oven for 20 minutes and flip after 10 minutes. Then put into a crock pot with 2 qt. of brown gravy for 3 hours in low heat.
